Our Safety Measures

Your hearing and safety are our top priorities.

We understand that our patients rely on our hearing care services, and our clinic is ready to support your hearing healthcare needs. We have carefully implemented many comprehensive measures to ensure the highest level of safety for our patients and staff, such as:

• Screening patients for COVID-19 by telephone before their appointment and when they arrive for their appointment
• Providing hand sanitizers throughout the clinic and requiring hands to be sanitized upon entry into the clinic
• Requiring the use of masks in the clinic by all patients and staff
• Practicing spaced scheduling
• Wearing of protective equipment by all staff, frequent hand washing and monitoring staff health
• Disinfection between appointments of the clinical rooms and equipment

As regulated health professionals, we will continue to monitor the situation and continue to work to provide a safe and healthy environment for you and our staff.
